I am sorry this has taken me so long
I have been off line a wile.
I have Mary Ellin Armes maried to James
Lore yes they had a son Mose married
to Tish Parker, I have Mary Ellins parents
as Nathaniel Arms and Elizabeth
this is from the 1880 Carter County Census
and Her marrage certif. the children
listed in the 1880 census was
Mary E., 10, Moses 7, James E. 4, Ginnie 2
in the 1850 carter county census was a
Theodore Arms 57, Jane 45, Henry 70,
Nathaniel 18, Andrew 12 and there was an
Andrew Arms as a witness on my G Grand
mother's marrage certif. so I assume
that Theodore was Nathaniel father and
Henry was Theodore,s I have a listing
of some of the people barried in the
Arms cemt. but the only Arms I have there
was Mose Arms 3/13/1873 - 1/15/1961
and My great Grandmother Mary Ellin [Arms]
Lore, Cartmill she married twice b5/1/1870 -
5/1/1950 I would love to hear from you and compare notes.
