Elliott Colburne Low, the youngest of ten children of John Hatch Low and Eliza Smith Rising of Westport, NY. John Hatch Low was one Westports old merchants. Mrs. Low was decended from the Connecticuit Perkins.
Elliott Colburne Low leaves to mourn, a wife, the daugher of the late Mr. J. R. Emerson on of Plattsburgh's old merchants, and a sister Mrs. Clara McKinney, Ottawa, ILL.
