I am looking for any information on a Bill Lowe. He was my ggg-grandfather. He lived in the Knoxville, TN area. At one time he was married to a Mary Romain(e). She was from the Netherlands. They had something like 13 children. The story goes he left her and went to somewhere in Texas with another woman. Our family has no record after that. He may have gone by the name of William Lowe. One of his daughters name was Nancy Lowe. She is my gg-grandmother.
Any info would be appreciated. Thank you.
