Looking for John Lowe Sr. late 1700s

John Lowe in TN, killed by Indians before 1793, is my oldest Lowe ancestor. He had two sons, Richard C. Lowe and John Lowe, Jr. Richard C. had Wyley, Anon, Aden, Jesse, David, Aquilla and Levina, all born in early 1800s in Hickman County, TN. I am looking for John Lowe Sr. ancestry. Suspect he came from Mongalia County, TN.
