Yes, that's correct - in the event you care for additional details, Joseph's father's full name is Hardy Chambers Walker - not sure where he picked up Tom.
According to my grandmother, William and Lillie moved to Texas with the family when her father was sent to minister to a church out there. This partially explains the lack of information on the Ward family line (combined with the fact that my grandmother says he just didn't talk about his family).
