My great grandmother, Frances Roche b. July 15, 1913, was adopted about the age of 6 years old, which holds up as she is found in a census with her adoptive parents in 1930. According to a the memory of my grandmother, a glance at a possible adoption record back in 1950 told her my great grandma's biological mother was a Fannie Lulay. I have no idea of a date of birth but it would have been in or around San Francisco. Just wondering if anybody has any information.
