Good to hear from you Christine. None of the names you mention mean anything to me at this stage but if you send me your e-mail address I will send you what information I have. Mine should be displayed with this posting.

I have recently made contact with one or two other Lutas descendants and I am told that the name could well be Romanian. This would justify the gathering of the family around the port of Liverpool and I have found many of the Lutas clan who have migrated to the United States from Eastern Europe.
