Regret I cannot find Clara Rosina's birth despite your having mentioned the date of 1890. Nor can I find any Albert Edward Mabbs (her father) at any date.
I am no expert so I leave it to you to speculate whther any of these fit your search criteria. There seem to be at least 3 Sevenoaks generations revealed :
Sarah born (elsewhere?) abt 1841
the Clara / Horace group about 1884-1890?
the Elizabeth M / Dorothy group 1909-1920
