My great grandmother was Martha Ann McArthur and she had a sister Rhoda. My mother said she can remember visiting with her and she was unable to walk and the only memory of Rhoda was always scooting around in a chair. Another story handed down is Martha's mother was rasied with the Indians because her mother had sliped away from home to marry an Indian.
If any of this rings a bell I would like to hear from you. I can not get past Martha Ann she married Thomas Andrew McBride,they ended up living in Pensacola,Fl. and only hope Rhoda is the name my mother remembers.
