Good Evening,

Donald Ewen McKay had a brother named Neil. Dates unknown. This Donald Ewen McKay (no a) was born December 18, 1847. His father was Hector. Donald and his surviving sons moved to Boston around the turn of the last century. Donald would be my great grandfather. There is a book the History of Inverness County Nova Sotia by JL MacDougall that might be useful. I think you can find bits of it online.

Donald's brother Neil became a minister. Neil I am sorry to say is a popular name. As is Donald and Neil's father, Hector.

Let me know if that is any help.

All the best,

David
