Mannings of Brunswick Co VA

I am still seeking to find my Manning line. I have learned that the mother of Cornelia White Manning (b Nov 10 1831, m April 20 1853, to William James Robinson in Greensville, VA, d June 15 1912) and Adeline Matilda Manning (b 1830, m. May 1855 in Brunswick Co VA to Presley Carter Person) was:

Sallie (Sarah) White Blanche Manning (b March 15 1794, d Dec 10 1858.) Her father was Ezekiel Alfred Blanche (b June 10, 1757, d 1832). Her mother was Sallie(Sarah) White.

She is in the 1850 Brunswick Co VA census already a widow, with the two daughters and son John B. Manning. Elsewhere I have found the B stands for Blanche.

Since earlier censuses do not name family members, I have not found who her husband was and thus cannot go farther back. I would appreciate any help!
