Looking for descendants or relatives of Rosalie Helen Manning (1896-1989) or her brother, Charles Ignace Manning (1899-1945). I have a beautiful photo of them taken ca 1910 (they were neighbors and dear friends of my husband's grandmother, Doris Martha Woods of Mansfield, MA), and I'd like to give it to someone who could use it.
Rosalie and Charles were children of John Crogan Manning and Maud Bernice Parks. John was a pianist and music teacher, and he was born in Indiana. He lived in Boston, MA and Mansfield, MA and moved to San Francisco, CA 1910-1913. He was living there in 1930.
Rosalie was a sculptor. She married Edwin Lawrence Rose about 1927, probably in CA. They moved east and were living in Belmont, MA in 1930. They eventually moved back west to Sierra Madre, CA (and perhaps elsewhere). After Edwin died in 1983 in Sierra Madre, Rose lived in Bayport, NY and died there.
Charles married Grace Bergeron. He seems to have stayed in San Francisco, CA and died there in 1985.
