Just checking to see if anyone can help draw a connection here. I understand that the early Marbles often had thier names spelled as Marbel, Marabel and even Marvell as indicated in "An American family : Botsford-Marble ancestral lines" Is there any evidence or thought about the possability of Mary Marble daughter of John and Ester Marble (John being the son of Gershom from Hignham/Cohasset) any chance this Mary is the wife of Zephaniah Hawkins of Providence, R I who married Mary Marvell 26 Nov 1752 in Smithfield, Providence Co., R I
