Is Sanford Marble a son of Enoch Marble?
If so I have ancestors to share, but no descendants.

1. Enoch Marble-1 was born in 1768. He died in 1883[1].
Anna Carriel daughter of Jonathan Carriel and Elizabeth Greenwood was born on 09 Sep 1774 in
Sutton, Worcester, Massachusetts, USA[1]. She died on 10 Sep 1840 in Lyndon, MI.
Enoch Marble and Anna Carriel were married on 24 Jan 1793 in Westborough, Massachusetts,
USA[1]. They had the following children:
i. Ira Marble[2, 3] was born on 26 Apr 1795 in Sutton, MA. He died on 26 Jun 1871 in
Deerfield, Livingston, Michigan, USA[2, 2, 3].

The Marbles have been among the most prominent families of the town since their arrival,
in April, 1840. Ira Marble was a native of East Douglass, Mass. When a youth the family
moved to Dixfield, Oxford Co., Me., and there he afterwards married Miss Hannall Park.
With her and three sons, in 1829, he came to Nelson, Madison Co., N. Y., rented a farm,
and lived on it one
year. Then he came to Ann Arbor and took up an 80 acre farm. Five years later he sold
that, and took up another new farm of 80 acres, which he also cleared before coming to
Deerfield. In 1840 he traded his Ann Arbor property with a Mr. Jones for 160 acres on
section 26, in this town, and moved into the house he had built, about twenty rods east of
the southwest corner of the section. Here he devoted his life to farming and dealing in real
estate At one time he owned 760 acres of land in this town. He was supervisor of the town
three years, and retired from the office only because he would not accept it again. He gave
each of his children a farm, or its equivalent, and retained a homestead of 170 acres. He
died June 26, 1870, and his wife died Dec. 26, 1873. He had six children,-four sons and
two daughters.

May 1866 in Putnam Livingston, Michigan, USA[1].
iii. Norman Marble was born on 10 Sep 1802 in Oxford, Maine, USA[1].
iv. Nathan Marble was born on 24 Jan 1798 in Oxford, Maine, USA[1].
v. Betsy Marble was born on 24 Jan 1798 in Dixfield, Oxford, Maine, USA[1].
vi. Enoch Holland Marble[1] was born on 04 Aug 1805 in Oxford, Maine, USA[1]. He died in
1844 in Green Oak, Livingston, Michigan, USA[1].
vii. Hiram Marble was born on 20 Aug 1812 in Dixfield, Oxford, Maine, USA[1].
viii. Nancy Marble was born on 06 Sep 1808 in Oxford, Maine, USA[1]. She died on 27 Jan
1869 in Kansas City, Wyandotte, Kansas, USA[1].
ix. Russell Marble was born on 16 Jun 1817 in Oxford, Vermont, USA[1]. She died on 15 Dec
1873[1].
