I see on the 1901 census that she lists her birth date as 3-Dec-1871.

There's a baptismal record at the PEI public archives site for an Ursule LeCLERC b. 2-Dec-1871, bapt. 8-Dec-1871. Mother was Adelaide ARSENAUX, father was Paul LeCLERC.

On the 1881 census of PEI, district 1, township 1, pg 48-49 there's this family:
LeCLAIR, Paul age 36
Delaide age 39
Mary age 15
Celina age 13
illegible male age 11
Ursule age 9
Peter age 7
Joseph age 5
illegible male age 3
Judith age 8/12

They are living next door to:
LeCLAIR, Andrew age 61
Ursule age 57
illegible male age 22
John age 19
Daline age 15

In the 1891 census Ursule LeCLAIR, age 19, is still at home with her parents.
