I am looking for any information on Charles Horatio Matchell who was the s/o Horatio and Clarissa [Gilman] Matchell. Horatio is found in 1850:
1850 Brighton, Middlesex County, Massachusetts
Horatio Matchel age 39 MA
Clarissa C. Matchel age 36 MA
Charles H. Matchel age 9 NH
Julia C. Matchel age 9 NH
Son Charles H married Georgianna Ada Straw 15 May 1871 in Somerville, Middlesex, Massachusetts or perhaps Brighton, MA.
Here is family in 1880 census:
1880 Medford, Middlesex County, Massachusetts
Charles H. Matchell age 37; born MA ; carpenter; parents born MA
Georgia Ada Matchell age 27 born MA; parents born ME
Clara C. Matchell age 8 MA
Elizabeth P Matchell age 4 MA
Ada L D Matchell age 2 MA
Can anyone add anything more to this family...I can't seem to locate them after 1880.
Gerogianna was the d/o Love Straw and Ada M. Andrews.
