Regarding the J. N. Westbrook that is reflected in the 1900 Census in Eastland County, Texas with his wife Nancy J. (McGough) Westbrook. Could his first name have been Jasper? The reason that I ask is because I have some family information that reflects his name was Jasper Newton Westbrook that was hand-written by my Grandma Middleton whose mother was Pearl Geneva McGough that married John Whitten Reese. Pearl McGough was the daughter of James William McGough and Caroline Inez Westbrook. I would also like to know the parents of J. N. Westbrook.
