Mrs. Catherine McCeay/McKay b.1818 Scotland to PEI &NB

In the 1881 census Acadieville, Kent Co., NB there is a Catherine McCeay, widow, b. Scotland age 62y (b.1818). She is living with Alfred Taylor and his wife, Marie (Mary). Alfred was 38yrs old b.NB. His wife Marie was 38 b.PEI and Scottish descent.
I'm assuming that Catherine was Marie's mother and McCeay could have been Marie's maiden name.
Catherine McCeay is not listed in the 1891 census so assumed not living at this time.
Could anyone help me with this McCeay or McKay family from Scotland that came to PEI? Or could someone do a lookup for me in the 1871 census on this family in PEI.
Thanks,
Charlotte Nichols Vardy
