I apologize for my sloppiness in failing to post a relative date/time for my Captain McKee. He could not have been the same one as yours, since mine was a child of Anneta C. Cooper, who was born in 1874. She died at the age of 23, So my Capt. William must have been born 1887 to 1897. The only vague identifier beyond his name and apparent military rank, is a reference indicating that in 1954 he was, "supposedly now living in PA." That would put his age at that time, at 57-67. I have no identified ties to any McKee people earlier than the Benjamin who married Anneta sometime 1886 - 1895. Thank you for trying.
