Thomas McKee--brother of John McKee, Founder of McKeesport

I'm trying to trace the children of David McKee, b.1710-1795 who, with his son John, founded McKeesport, Pa.
We know Davids son, Thomas McKee, was an influential resident in Allegheny Co.,
and in mid-life, about 45, died of "a disease". Somewhere I read he had a wife and family, not known, so that's a maybe.

Thomas had a sister, Mary McKee, daughter of David, who marr'd. James Peebles at about this time, and they purchased the property of Thomas, filling his prominent shoes.
Does anyone know the family of Thomas McKee?
