I recently bought an antique photo on eBay. It is a photo of a handsome young man. With the photo, on a very old piece of paper, is the information: "M.E. Mechem Born 15th April 1849 M.V. Mechem (Formerly M.V. Lynch) Born 25th Nov. 1848. M.E.Mechem & M.V. Lynch Married on the 11th Oct. 1869". The seller indicated that the photo came from West Virginia, but of course that doesn't mean that these people ever lived there. Can anyone tell me anything about M.E. Mechem/Meachem and his wife? Nancy.
