The Mihans that were listed on the 1901 Canadian Census from Halifax are the Mihans that I am looking for..of course with all historical documents not all information are 100% correct. Some of the documents I came across have them listed as Mehan..We do know that his parents names were Ellen and Peter..and that he is related to Rev William Mihan whose mother was listed as Mary who died in 1908 in Halifax..any of this sound familiar? Peter did have siblings but we have not come acrossed names as of yet. All we know is that his mother Ellen died in 1904 in halifax and was living with her daughter and son in law and that his father Peter died before 1871 and they possibly travelled to Boston around 1872. If any of this sounds familiar please let me know.
