Looking for information on John (possibly John Robert) Meikle and family. John was born January 1811 in Scotland. He married Ann of Ireland in Canada. In 1865 he immigrated to Michigan, Cheboygan County. In 1900 he was listed as the Uncle of the head of household, the head being Charles Page who was born in 1829 in Toronto, Ontario. Charles' wife was Margaret Smith whose Mother, Mary, was also born in Scotland. Other areas associated with the Page/Meikles are Hagersville and Metis Canada.
