my great grandfather was called Domenico Meli, born in Stilo, a small town located in calabria, near monasterace.
my grandfather is called Giuseppe Meli and my father Raimondo Meli
are there any connections between this from sicily family and my family?
because i have foud many connections and manuscripts, and some say different things. like i have a coat of arms with family history that i bought in Rome, and there it says that the Meli's derived from Parma. then another site sayd that the meli's came from venice, now i see that another meli root is from sicily.
which root am i from?
