My family and I are researching our family genealogy under the surname of Michell, Stockman, Meschede, Ellis, Ramey, Deckard, Shoemaker, Bryan, Cole, McGinnis, and Medlin.
What we already know is an unknown Stockman had two sons about 1840 to 1860, one named Edward Adolf Stockman, and the other Frank D. Stockman. These two sons married two sisters by the last of Meschede.
(First Son of unknown Stockman) Edward Adolph Stockman married Angelica “Lena” Meschede in Shackelford, Missouri. Their children are:
Richard Edward Stockman, born: Dec. 27, 1879 in Howard County, Missouri; married Mary Jane Deckard; died: Oct. 22, 1955 in Malta Bend, Saline County, Missouri.
Vincent Stockman, born and died in 1881.
Elizabeth Mary Stockman, born: July 12, 1884; married George Shipley Ellis; died: June 2, 1960 in Marshall, Missouri.
Kathryn Fredericka Stockman, born: Jan. 19, 1886 in Saline County, Missouri; married Albert W. Mitchell; died: June 19, 1961 in Saline County, Missouri.
John Joseph Stockman, born: Feb. 19, 1890; died Feb 3, 1938 in Bonneville, Missouri.
Edward Stockman, born: 1891; died 1895.
Joseph William Stockman, born: July 18, 1895 in Malta Bend, Saline County, Missouri; married Lona Bell Shoemaker; died: May 2, 1983 in Saline County, Missouri.
Clarence Aloysius Stockman, born: Feb. 15, 1897; married Eva Ramey; died: July 26, 1937.
(Second Son of unknown Stockman) Frank Stockman married Annie Meschede. Their children are:

Frederick Edward Stockman, born: July 28, 1882; married Lillian Allison Cole; died: August 1966 in Malta Bend, Saline County, Missouri.
Frank J. Stockman, born: July 2, 1884 in Malta Bend, Saline County, Missouri; married Bevia Anna Medlin; died: Dec. 13, 1925 in Malta Bend, Saline County, Missouri.
Clara Fredericka Stockman, born: May 18, 1889, Malta Bend, Saline County, Missouri; married Floyd Lemuel Medlin; died Dec. 1977 in Harlingen, Texas.
Anna Angelica Stockman, born: Feb. 3, 1890.
Theresa Christine Stockman, born: Sep. 10, 1892; married Preston Chriswell on Fed 12, 1917 in Harlingen, Texas.
Frances Louise Stockman, born March 13, 1894 in Malta Bend, Saline County, Missouri; died: June 30, 1987 in Shackelford, Saline County, Missouri.
Lillian Irene Stockman, born: Aug. 23, 1899 in Malta Bend, Saline County, Missouri; married George F. McGinnis; died: Aug 1981 in Marshall, Saline County, Missouri.
