MILAN, Andrew, Mary, Anna, Wm. NY 1900s
Posted by: Margaret Liebert Date: July 08, 2000 at 04:36:47
  of 46

Andrew Milan married Maleanka (sp) overseas and had at least one child there that died as an infant Mary(1). They came overseas to this country under strange circumstances and had a total of 5 children. I do not know how many were born here. I believe they lived near Wolcutt, NY. The other 4 children are as follows:

Mary(2) (named for the sister that died) married Raymond Kress and later Clarence Davis. Before Raymond died, he had 3 children with Mary; Ruth (spouse Otto Klaver), Joseph (Eleanor ?), and Helen (Edward Egloff).

Anna married Camille DeRoose and had Irma DeRosse whom never married.

Wm. married Unk and had an unknown number of children. Possibly a Wm., Jr. and Bonnie. Wm. was sick from war injuries. He later divorced and died.

Stella married ? Smolinski and had the following children: Peter (spouse Joan ? with children), Katherine (Gary Featherly with children), Dolly (? Cogdon) and Millie (married divorced and remarried).

Any additional information on any of these families would be greatly appreciated. I have additional information and will share it.
