It would seem a strong possibility that Henry Royall Minns was the son of John Minns and Esther Royall who married at St George Colegate in Norwich on 14 Aug 1828. I have three children listed for them - Charles Royall Minns b 14 Feb 1833, Esther Royall Minns b 1 Feb 1837 and William Royall Minns b 16 Dec 1834. As with your Henry's children Royall seems to be used as a second name for subsequent generations. The problem with Norwich research is that there are so many medieval churches in the city that are still in use as well as Non-conformist and modern churches. I hope this is of some help
