Looking for connections to or additional information on Daniel Mitchel's Ancestors from PA.
I belive Daniel Mitchel's father was John Mitchel b ~1792 in PA and his grandfather was George Mitchel b ~1764 in ?? based on other documents.

Last Will and Testament of
Daniel Mitchel.

In the name of God Amen.
I Daniel Mitchel of Elk-
hart County State of Indiana,
being of sound mind and -/body/-
memory, do ordain publish and
Declare this to be my last will
and Testament, that is to say,
First I will and ordain that
all of my just debts, and reason-
able funeral expenses including
the the expenses of my last
sickness shall first be fully paid.
Second. I give grant and desire
to the children of my son Jesse
Mitchel deceased, as follows
whereas said Jesse Mitchel has
received Five hundred in

advance in land timber and one
note which I secured and have
to pay in the sum of two
hundred Dollars that his chil-
dren named as follows, shall
receive Five Hundred dollars
less, names of children are as
follows, Amassa (sp?) Mitchel, Mable
Mitchel, Elmer Mitchel Seelan
Mitchel and the youngest child
a boy his name not now know
to me. now, shall receive Five
Hundred Dollars less than the
others herein after named.
Whereas my son John Mitchel
deceased left six children ig(sp??)
Louis Mitchel -/Chrles/- Charles Mitch-
el Oliver Mitchel Oscar Mitchel
Skyler Mitchel and Betsy Mitchel
shall share and share alike
with my sons __________________

Henry Mitchel William Mitchel
and Elizabeth Mitchel now Shetter (spelling? SZ)
by excepting as above said that the
children of Jesse Mitchel shall
have five hundred dollars less
-/that/- than the children of John
Mitchel and my sons and
daughters -/herein after/- hereinbefore
named.
Third. It is my will that after
my death all of my real estate
shall be sold and the money received
therefrom be divided equally as
hereinbefore stated.
Fourth. I nominate constitute
and appoint my son Henry
Mitchel as Executor of this will
Fifth. I hereby revolk cancel and annul
any Will or codial(spelling? SZ) to a will here-
tofore by me executed.

In witness whereof I have
hereunto set my hand and
seal this 7th day of May, 1902.
The above instrument was at
the date thereof , to-wit May 7th
1902; signed seals and published
and declared by Daniel Mitchel
as and for his last will and
testament in the presence of us
who at his request and in his
presence and we in the presence of
each other, have subscribed our
names and witnesses.
