Louise (or Louisa) Angie MITCHELL of Vermont

I have been unable to document the parentage of my Great-grandmother Louise Angie Mitchell of Georgia VT and Lowell VT. She was born 1n 1864; death date was June 16, 1950.
One source indicates that her parents were: JOSEPH MITCHELL and Emily Mayotte. Another source indicates: BYRON MITCHELL (born in Canada) and Angie Golden. Yet, I can not find documentation to prove either of these possibilities. Please help if you possibly can. Our annual family reunion is coming up in three weeks, and lots of relatives are going to be asking me if I've found an answer to this question yet! :-)
