Need information on the parents of Elizabeth Wren Mitchell Burns. She was born 1797 in Kentucky, married 1814 to Adam Mitchell in Maury County, Tennessee, married again to Josiah Burns and died in Lampasas County, Texas.
Around the time of her death in Lampasas, a William (Bill) Wren was sheriff and a known associate with Elizabeth's grandsons. Bill's father is Nicholas Wren born 1805. Not sure if a relationship exists between Elizabeth and Nicholas. The little bit of information posted for Nicholas does not show a sibling named Elizabeth or Betsy. There is a 12 year difference in their ages, but both were born in Kentucky.
The association of Elizabeth's grandsons and Nicholas' son seem too coincedental.
Does anyone have information on Elizabeth's parents?
