Looking for information on William K. Mitchell, born about 1836, and enlisted on August 20th, 1861, in the 16th Independent Battery, Ohio Light Artillery. Discharged for disability at the rank of Sergeant on December 9th, 1862. His wife's name was "Mary." He was a member of the Burnside Post, Grand Army of the Republic, in Tombstone, Arizona, where he died at an unknown date (after 1884). He is buried without a headstone in plot GAR-1-2 of the Tombstone City Cemetery (NOT Boothill Cemetery). Once I have a date of death I will order a headstone from the Veterans Administration to mark his grave.
