Clara Mitchell Gray
SHREVEPORT, LA - A memorial visitation celebrating the life of Clara Mitchell Gray, 87, will be held from 5:00-7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 15, 2009 at Rose-Neath Southside. Graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, September 16, 2009 at Mt. Zion Cemetery near Montgomery, Louisiana. Officiating will be McKee Williams.
Clara was born on June 6, 1922, in Red River Parish and passed away in Shreveport on Saturday, September 12, 2009. She was a resident of Natchitoches, Louisiana, for many years and had been a resident of the Guest House in Shreveport for the past 20 years.
She is survived by three daughters, Pat Sers and husband Ernest of Kilgore, Texas, Jeanette Shelton and husband Glynn of Shreveport, and Lois Grant also of Shreveport; three grandchildren, Kevin Sers, Ashley Peters, and Cody Grant and one great-granddaughter, Madilyn Grant. Rose-Neath Funeral Home
