I believe Marshall Carder married a descendant of this family; I'll check my records and ask my Mom (she was born in St. Joseph & her family lived at 27th & Felix, right down the street from Marshall Carder & family. The Carders had a daughter named Louise, nicknamed Whoopie, that I've heard my Mom mention). Any of the above sound familiar?
