Need to hire genealogist to do research for me

I need someone to find the obituary of Laban Norton Matteson who died Feb. 17, 1888 in Maysville, Mo. buried in
Greybuilt Cemetery. I have a picture of his stone and one of his wife's stone. (Clarissa Daniels Matteson d. July 24, 1884) I need to find Laban's parents, siblings, and grandparents. He was born in Shaftsbury, Bennington County, Vermont. He also served in the Military. Is the writing on the bottom of the stone about his record. Does Missouri have this?? HE served in Arlington, Vermont. Do his military papters state who his parents are?? How much would a genealogist charge to look up these records for me??
