Unfortunately, I dont know the date, or names of any of the individuals other than my Great great grandfather. His name was Obediah Thomas. I do know Obediah had a farm before the war that bordered the Robert James farm and his son my great grandfather Charles Thomas named my grandfather after Jesse James. All my grandfather would ever say about that subject when he was living is that his pa knew the James family.
