This license authorizes any judge of a Court of Records or any Justice of the Peace, or any licensed or ordained preacher of the Gospel, who is citizen of the United States, or who is a resident of and a pastor of nay Church in this State, to solemnize Marriage between John E. Eck of Neosho in the county of Newton and the State of Missouri who is over (67) the age of twenty-one years, and Minnie Emma Barber of Joplin in the County of Jasper and State of Missouri, who is over (40) the age of twenty-one.
