I have now found that there was a Strangemon Modglin in Gallatin (Now Pope) County, Illinois in 1814 and through 1820. Unknown at this time if he was there prior to 1814 and after 1820. I have found that he was one of the administrators of Thomas Rose in 1814. Maybe he was the administrator for his son-in-law??
