I need to confirm some info about Louis Alexander Monast (Monet).
The data I have so far is that he was b. abt 1760. He married Catherine Masse on 29 Oct 1781 in St. Mathias, Quebec. I have, so far, two children of theirs; Charles Monast b. abt 1786 who married Marguerite Regne on 18 Jan 1808 in St. Mathias, and Marie Desanges Monast dit Jolicoeur (my GGGGreat grandmother) b. about 1788 and married Francois Pierre Ostiguy dit Domingue on 11 May 1807.
Is this the Louis Monast (Monet) I am looking for? If so, who were his parents and sibblings? What his exact d.o.b. and d.o.d.? What was his occupation? How many more children did they have and who are they?... etc...
