I search the IFHF database at http://brsgenealogy.com/ for the names you listed. The results of my search are below:
Frank Moran Birth/baptism dates 8 hits
Daniel Moran Birth/baptism dates 81 hits Marriages 59 hits
Mary Morrissey Birth/baptism dates 178 hits Marriages 71 hits
If you have approximate DOB/DOMs, you can winnow these hits down to just a few entries. First, to find your ancestors, the DOM for both Daniel Moran and Mary Morrissey must have hits in the same year. This will eliminate most of the hits I summarized above. Second, if you organize the small set of DOM hits remaining by county and parish, you should isolate the single case where a Daniel Moran and Mary Morrissey were married in the same Parish. It is just a question of organizing the data logically. At this point, you will have to pay IFHF to see the details of the marriage record.
Next, Frank Moran must have been born sometime after the marriage date. Again, this will eliminate most of the 8 hits. Frank may have been born in the same parish that the marriage took place. Check the records.
