Hi Danny,

I was just curious about who William was because he wrote a letter to my Great Great Grandmother on 14 June 1862 informing her of her husbands death. I have since learned that he was the Captain of the 28th Alabama Infantry Regiment, Company "D" which came out of Jefferson Co., AL..
