I am one of the family reseachers who is working on this William Nabors along with Robert. This William is my GG grandfather 2 times.(My two Ggrandmothers were his daughters.) Maybe Benny can answer this... Who are the proven children of Abraham and Rebecca? Who are the suspected grandchildren who are often noted as children?
I have lots of info and am attempting to work down from Abraham in a gedcom to eliminate known Williams, and to research those who I have found with no known research on their lines. Hopefully, we may discover a clue by coming at it from this direction. Our William named one son Isaac and a possible grandson is also Isaac. A daughter is Nellie/Millie(one census). Also Allen Ledford Nabors, evidentally was related in some way. My father(1914-2001) recalled visits from his sons Dewey and Dixon when he was young.
