Hi - I have a Drayton Nabors in my ''tree'' too. My greatgrandmother, Harriett (Nabors) Johnson had an older brother by the name of Drayton. There parents were Bevin and Mary Nabors. They were married in Calhoun, AL in 1846. Mary and all of her children (I believe all of them)moved to TX. She may have been a widow at that time. She had about 13 children, Drayton being the oldest and Hattie the youngest. Cose to 20 years separated them in age. I am researching another Nabor...Benj. N. Nabors, as I feel he could be a close relative as I found his deathplace also in Calhoun, AL.
