Looking for information on Bevin Nabors born with SC or AL. Married Mary Johnson in 1846 in Calhoun, AL. They had about 13 children, the oldest being Drayton and the youngest my greatgrandmother, Harriet (Hattie). Mary and children went to TX. I don't know if Bevin was alive when they moved on or not. I think perhaps he may have been killed in the Civil War. Family folklore has it that one of my ancestors was shot when he returned home to visit his family while on furlough.
