Benny, your Amen, noted & appreciated, "thank you"

Hopefully it has been shown the lines of Francis & Sally Wheat Neighbors & their son & wife, Jacob & Elizabeth Power are not those of Jacob Nabors d 1817 S.C. & Judith unk Nabors, they are 2 different lines.

My concern at present time is our Jacob Nabors line. Limited data on the early years, makes it difficult to research & also makes the line vulnerable. I feel we are in good standing with 4 of their 6 childern. The two we do not have any or little data on is William & John mar Sally. Judith mar Henry Hill--Abraham mar Nancy Crockett Crawford--Arthur mar Sarah unk--Jacob mar Elizabeth "Betsy" Loveless all have some data going for them. I have noticed your Jacob & family as being listed as the son of Jacob & Elizabeth Power, why I do not know.

I took the birth year of dau. Judith (1777) & subtracted 20 from it as I thought that was the marrying age for most men of that time period & came up with the year 1757 as Jacob's est. birth year. The following are birth date est. of his childern, other than Judith. William--1780--John--1782--Abraham--1784--Arthur--1785--Jacob--1788 give or take a few yrs. How does this compare with your data? Have noticed Abraham being listed as b 1790 but have old data (back to 1984)listing him as born ca 1784-85.
