Dear Dorothy, . I thought you had all the Nace genealogy. The Nace girls were born to ccccccccccCatherine and Joseph Nace. Joseph had an eye injury which blinded him. the family came back to Pennsylvania to Wills Eye Hospital where Joseph was a patient. Later, when he died, Catherine the girls' mother married Joseph's brother Hillary NAACO. Emma then went with family in New York, Amanda went to her mothers' sister , Elizabeth Nace Hutt in Pottstown, Pa. , Mary went with the Stevenbacks who were church members. She married a Stevenback----Amanda married John Thomas Deeds and Emma married Usal Walton in P hilly. In the meantime their mother Catherine had two children with her second husband Hillary Nace----Clara and Harvey Nace. Catherine died of T. B . and a couple of months later after Catherine's death, Hillary committed suicide. Mary Stevenbach said she and her husband couldn't take care of Clara and Harvey the courts named lawyers as guardians for them. Harvey went to Girard College for orphans, Clara went to the Jarrett family to live. I have proof of all this History, Aunt Ruth. Amanda was the youngest sister.
