Elizabeth Noffsinger b.@1823 Ger, to OH and IN

I have an Elizabeth Noffsinger born @1823 in Germany (per census - death cert says Switz). She immigrated to the US in 1826. She married Peter Holstein/Holstine in Tuscarawas Co. OH in 1849 and relocated to Miami Co IN in time for the 1850 Census. She died in 1902 in Miami Co. IN. I am trying to figure out how/if she connects in with other Noffsingers in Tuscarawas Co. OH and Miami Co IN, with the hopes of discovering her parentage. There is a Jacob Nofsker and a John Nofsinger in the 1840 census in Tuscarawas Co. OH with female children of an age that could be my Elizabeth. Any assistance or insight would be appreciated.
