You found my post offensive? Why? Warm and fuzzy is more to your liking? Why? Searchers ought never be softheaded. Assuming at the outset of one's search that there are noble
branches in one's family tree and that there is a coat-of-arms to be claimed is the ultimate in softheadedness. My
previous posts make a case for caution. No assumptions, no
omissions, no seams - - - solid, continuous, documented proof - - - always. Tell me, did you actually read Gregory's
post? There is no question as to the direction he intended.
My style is purposely hard. Quoting myself, "We Magyars
are much given to puffery." That's beyond argument. I have seen it again and again over my 67 years. When I see it, I speak out or post about it. The truth is to be valued for itself. Whatever it is, we humans can deal with it. We are not the incredible whimps you think we are - - - after all
we have survived for a number of millennia in a basically hostile environment.
