Helping a friend - she is looking for proof that her ancestor Lewis Nall fought in the Revolutionary War. Supposedly he was b ca 1768 in Culpepper Co VA and died 17 Feb 1825 in Scott Co KY. Thinks he was a son of Martin Nall/Nalle. Lewis married Jane Yancey. Says in the "Nall Familiesof America" that he was a "foot soldier." This is all she has - can anyone help?
