Hi, my name is Brett Nalley. I have been putting together the family tree for the Nalleys here in central Arkansas.(there are a lot of us) we all go back to the same Man, William A. Nalley born 8/20/1829 in Virginia?, died 6/4/1913 in Benton Arkansas. His wife was Cassandra Jane Short, b.1839 in tennessee, d.1913 in Benton. They are my great, great grandparents, and the root of all of us here in Arkansas. I cannot find anything about our line earlier than William. The old ones say we are scots-irish, and thats about it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
