Yes, the Nelson County I referred to is in Kentucky.
I don't know if Thomas B. Weatherton and James Raymond Weatherton are related or not. My information didn't mention it, but I would guess they probably are. A lot of the marriages in my records were brother and sister marrying brother and sister. (Or cousins marrying cousins!!) I don't think people got too far from their own communities back then, so they were limited in meeting new people.
Another interesting bit..
William M. Nally used the spelling NALLIA in his marriage records. He also used the middle initial of "M", "L", or sometimes "S". My records used NALLEY and NALLY, sometimes even in the same family, so I'm not sure which is correct.
(My records don't go any further back than James' father, Raphael.)
